1. Return & Exchange Validity Period

You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

Within the validity period, you may request a return or exchange under any of the following circumstances:

(2) The product has quality issues;
(3) The product has an unpleasant odor or significant color difference;
(4) The received product does not match the order details;
(5) Return or exchange without providing a reason.

3. Return Process

(1) Please contact us via email or customer service phone and submit a return request, providing your order number, payment proof, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos;
(2) Our customer service team will review your request promptly. Once approved, we will notify you through your contact details and provide the return address;
(3) Please securely package the product and send it back to the designated return address. A return label is included with your original shipment and should be used or attached to the package when returning the product;

4. Exchange Process

(1) To request an exchange, please contact us via email or phone with your order number, payment proof, exchange reason, and relevant photos or videos;
(2) After approval, we will notify you and provide the return address;
(3) Please return the product using the return label included with the original shipment;
(4) Once the product passes inspection, we will ship the replacement product within 1–3 business days.

5. Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used at checkout (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover).
Processing Time: Refunds are expected to be completed within 1–3 business days, depending on the card issuer. If delays occur, please contact us for assistance.

6. Cost Policy

(1) For returns or exchanges due to appearance defects, quality issues, odor, significant color differences, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us;
(2) For returns or exchanges without a reason, shipping costs must be borne by you.

Returned products must remain in good condition. If damage results from improper use or handling, this may affect the outcome of the return or exchange request.
