Delivery Area
Our products (habikairo, hereinafter referred to as “we”) are delivered exclusively within the United Kingdom. Delivery is not available outside the UK. -
Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of £69.99 or more (including £69.99) qualify for free shipping;

Orders below £69.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £6.99.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our business hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 (UTC).
Orders placed before 18:00 will be processed starting the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next working day. If a rest day applies, processing will begin on the next available working day. -
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. -
Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is 5–10 working days after dispatch. -
Shipping Carriers
We work with the following carriers: Royal Mail, DPD UK, Evri and Yodel. -
Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt and carrier details.
You can check your order status on the “Order Tracking” page by entering your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number. -
